“Awful Service”

Booked washing machine repair, they ordered wrong part, so fitter could not fit, then told me it would take 3 weeks to get the correct part, so overall repair would have taken 5 weeks. So cancelled scheme and went out and bought new machine, only for hotpoint to tell me the same evening part was in and could be fitted in 3 days time. So thanks to domestic and generals complete failure, have now spent £300 that I did not need to, will never buy another insurance scheme.
