“Lots of options, nicely explained, good price, great cover”

I presumed Vetsure were going to be more expensive when my vet recommended them but they totally weren't! There are clear levels of cover and different excesses, which they explained really clearly over the phone. They kept all my details while I took a few days to think about it, no pressure. When I phoned back to sign up, they had me all activated within a couple of minutes, so quick and friendly. You get the feeling that they're a small team of professional animal lovers, not a huge call centre claims factory. They remember my kittens' names all the time and ask sweet little questions about them. Not claimed yet thank goodness but I know my vet loves how quick and easy the Vetsure process is. Also I'm reassured this is a company that won't try and wriggle out of every claim I make. It's like they want to pay rather than avoid paying (looking at you other insurance companies...) Definitely recommend.
