“Avoid at all cost!”

First of all I booked my servicing well in advance, at 60% discount. I had my car picked up when it was already showing the "service car soon" message. A couple of hours after my car was picked up I got a call from someone saying my engine needed flushing. with this they added an extra £55 to my bill and I later found out this is not needed as the it is normally a usual step in servicing once the old oil is removed. This brought my bill up to £181 Even with this I still got my car back and a day after that the service warning appeared again. I rang the office to have this checked out and I was promised someone would come to my house to have this reset. Up till now I have not seen anyone, or heard anything about this.
This service looks cheap and convenient from a distance but it is best avoided. They end up making things costly for you and may do a very poor job. Be warned!!!
