I want to file a complaint with Vodafone as well.
I contacted Vodafone support months ago to get my broadband account closed since I'm not using it anymore since August 2016.
Very frustrating is the fact that every time I get feedback from another person in Egypt or India who doesn't read the history of my request.
Anyway, I had to pay 390 Euro in one time to get my account closed. I paid that amount and the Support person informed that my balance was 0 Euro.
One month later I get a new invoice of 45 Euro. I contacted Vodafone support again and Mr. 'Alaa AbouElFath' urged me to pay the 45 Euro since there was 1 month notice.
Sorry but what is Vodaofone doing here???
