“DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!”

We ordered 2 ZIP cars to collect us from Berlin Airport to take us to a wedding. ZIP took the EUR 180 from my account, then charged one of the cars an extra EUR 45 - then cancelled the return trips (but still kept the money - my bank is now putting them under investigation). Customer service is APPALLING - one person sat in a room that all those contact numbers go to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
