“Essentials Quadrant eclosure seal set”

The delivery system was so bad inspite of paying £4.99 for a small item. I ordered Essentials Quadrant Enclosure Seal Set. Received an email that is ready for delivery in between such time gave me, but unfortunately didn't receive on the day and time given to me until they send me another email that there is u expected delays in delivering my parcel. Waited for 3 days for an updates but failed to received one, so until I changed the mode of delivery which is collect the item to the nearest depot. They gave me the wrong address which it took me long to find the location. And when I was there I waited for 30 miniutes. It took so long for them to find my parcel. When I received it the the other end part of the parcel is partially broken. So when I checked the item, one side is missing in short it is incomplete. Trying to contact the telephone number that is given through website, but it is only answering machine.
