“ATS Chesterfield - Inept staff”

On Monday 15th May I booked (by phone) car in for an Aircon Recharge at ATS in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Arrived at 8am this morning (20th May) just as the shutters were being rolled up. Went to book in only to discover that there was another customer ahead of me for an aircon recharge at 8am. They had double booked the same 8am slot.

Apart from a few unprofessional comments they made no attempt to apologise for their incompetence or discover which was the correct booking - merely that they couldnt do two at once and the other customer had arrived before me so they were doing his - and could I come back in an hour......Well no I couldnt.

So this morning I have wasted an hour of my time and a gallon of diesel driving to Chesterfield.

Thanks a lot ATS Chesterfield.

Suffice to say I have complained to the CEO personally - and requested a refund from Groupon whom I had prepaid.

This was not much of a deal from Groupon as I will now still have to take the car to a local garage and paid full wack....and I am out of pocket for a wasted trip to ATS.

ATS - never again
