I have been using SilverZone for some years. It is a well run operation, the staff are smartly dressed, and professional and polite. Rates are reasonable. Now,comes the down side. My partner and I are in our 70s. More often or not., when you are returning from holiday, you have probably been up for about twelve hours.packing, transfers to airport, waiting at airport, the actual flight, passing through customs, security etc.
The last thing you want to hear at any age, especially OAPs,is your car is at the other end of the carpark.I've seen other elderly people really struggling physically to carry their luggage.I have also suffered physically carrying luggage (which seems for miles,)after an already exhaustive time travelling for most of the day.Surely in this day and age,it would make more sense to arrange for customers, who are due back on a given day,to have their cars ready for collection, where they leave the
Airport bus at the offices.
