ignorant customer unfriendly maybe cheaper but i would rather pay extra for a better service typical german dry and unhumain bull i will never be in an aldi as long as i live and neither will my wife and all of family have a great ignorant life from someone who has feelings and is a good and helpfull human being. its not the only aldi i have been in they are all like this
