I ordered a bike on 20th February from their website for delivery to their Victoria store. I was told by the shop that it would take 5-7 days and that there was stock available in their warehouse. After hearing nothing, by 4th March I contacted the store who told the bike would be ready by 8th March. When I contacted the store and customer services on 9th March I was told they still didn't have a bike but offered me a poor alternative. When I tried to get a refund I was told by customer services that only the store could cancel the order and vice-versa by the store. In summary, they don't live up to their promises, communicate very badly and make it difficult to get a refund. Truly dreadful.
