I placed and order at 11 am on May 17th, and paid same day delivery. They did not delivery the flowers on the 17th, They emailed me saying the flowers would be delivery the next day, before 5 pm. They did not delivery them on the 18th either. I called and ask to speak with a manager and was told the manager was not available. They did not apologized, neither they offer to deliver the flowers for free given the harm that they have caused.
Horrible costumer service. Horrible business
