Courier company expect the customer to wait in for an entire day and will not shift on this policy. Rang Evans - didn't care about the problem and said to ring the courier. Told Evans the order would have to be cancelled as too expensive/impractical to wait in an entire day. They couldn't have cared less, or that I would be informing my professional athlete friends of the lack of service. Suggested I come and pick the bike up from them - 50 miles away! Wouldn't understand that this is not possible with a 2-seater sports car.
Still waiting in hope that the courier will try again this afternoon......
