We seem to have had a different experience to some reviewers....ordered a bike and quite a few accessories which were delivered in 6 days. The bike came well put together & with manuals etc., all well packed. There was an ordered & listed item missing from the delivery but that was sorted out quickly and painlessly over the phone (got it within 3 days).
