After getting cashback from Quidco, and having an O2 PAYG mobile, I was quids in, and for the first year I couldn't have been happier.

But then I get calls saying I'm breaching their "fair usage policy" this was because I downloaded some tracks (Becks promo).

I asked why they have say "unlimited" when it's not, but got some spiel. but guess what O2, just because Trading Standards wont do owt doesn't make you right.

Unlimited is unlimited, change the wording, otherwise your nothing more than petty criminals.

Then they hiked the price right up, which was the proverbial straw for me, because their service didn't quite make value for money without my deals, and it certainly doesn't now.

If you can get a good deal, they may be ok for a year, but change a.s.a.p. when the time comes.
