Good Points
The packaging was nice but this was as good as it gets.

Bad Points
Unit would not work - speaks volumes for Trumpion quality and reliability. Customer service (see general comment). Worst consumer experience of my life.

General Comments
Purchased one of these units as a new item on eBay for a Christmas present.
The item would not work. Followed instructions on sending item back to manufacturer. This is when it got really frustrating.
I was promised a replacement item after sending it back but got emails like "we may send you one next week".
When I asked for refund I was told you can only get a refund after 7 days.
