“Virgin Mobile Took 3 weeks to port my number! ...”

Good Points
price of plan - unless you're double billed!

Bad Points
customer service. The menu is limited so you end up having to get transferred several times. No one can seem to handle your problem. When you get through and are transferred, it can take 28+ minutes or worse yet, it drops the call to customer service. They double bill.
It's the worst experience ever!

General Comments
Virgin Mobile >Took 3 weeks to port my number! Meanwhile, I had no service but they still charged me for service! Also, they double billed EVERY single month! I had to spend 30 min on phone trying to get a credit back to my mastercard. The second time, they credited it in the form of credit to my VM account! I didn't approve that - they just did it and I had already told the lady I was going to cancel! Now I'm having to file disputes with the credit card.
