Ribble Valley Hog Roast provided an excellent hog roast for my wedding on 05.09.09. The Hog roast really made the occasion!!! almost all of our guests commented on the delicious buffet and several people had 3 or more trips back for more portions.

Chef was highly professional, personable and easy to contact. The planning and execution of the roast was carefully done. I have no doubt that in the future we will be booking Ribble valley roast for further parties, i would highly recommend his services.
