Well organised and always delivers exactly what he says he will, always punctual. He brings all of his own equipment (gas cooker and gas) to cook on site, perhaps just needing an electrical power point. The food is of excellent quality, with the hog roast cooked thoroughly so that the meat is tasty and tender. The meat would be suitable as part of a buffet, etc. - we usually serve it in buns, more like a barbecue. If you are looking for a hog roast, I doubt you could improve on Ribble Valley Hog Roast, Lancashire.
