We had Ribble Valley Hog Roast to do a Hog Roast for our Ruby Wedding for 60 guests in our garden and we could not fault it. He was efficient and professional during the planning and booking stages and the service was superb on the day. Loads of people commented on how moist and tasty the pork was. We also had the salads and deserts (so there was nothing else to do) and they were v. good as well. Some guests commented on how clean and hygenic all the equipment was - this is very important to people.
