Tickets not sent out, no compensation, difficult to speak to anyone who can make a decision on the phone, e-mails not replied to
General Comments
I have booked tickets through Seatwave, spending about £140 with them. I did not receive the tickets, their customer service was appaulling and no compensation has ever been received.
