General Comments
For the second year running we have used Ribble Valley Hog Roast for our Corporate Summer Event. For the second year running, we have not been let down! Some of the comments received from our staff are:-

"The food was very good and for the second year running the staff performed wonders in very adverse weather conditions"

"The meat was as tasty as ever and it was nice to have a selection of salad and potatoes"

"It was 'Hog-Tastic"

"Again a great job, the Hog and the trimmings were lovely. Staff never complained when fussy people like me want certain areas of the Hog and all the fat removed. Well done!"

"Really enjoyed it 'do we have to wait till next year before we can have it again?!!"
