Booked a holiday with them that was confirmed on the phone and when I got my documents through it was a completely different hotel and part of the country! When I tried to change it they wanted more money! I said no way! They told me they would listen to the recordings of the conversation to clarify if PENNY the agent I booked it with was in the wrong! but mysteriously all the recordings of our conversations had disappeared. DO NOT book with them! You don't get what you pay for. I'm filing a complaint with abta.
