Complete and utter shambles of a company, I strongly advise you to spend a little bit more booking with a High Street Travel Agent, a proper travel agent!. You do get what you pay for and with broadway its a cheap holiday in cheap and nasty accommodation. These bunch of jokers use shoddy accommodation a lot of the time through their sister company Beds with ease, their customer services team are rude and unhelpful if you can ever get through that is! If anything goes wrong which it always does with this firm they always deny it is their fault, you have been warned!
