“Booked our holiday earlier this year for july....”

Booked our holiday earlier this year for july. problems started when the payment was not processed. We then did not receive our tickets until a few days before we were due to leave. This was because they did not hold our passport details despite giving them to 2 customer services reps, emailing them and sending them via post. Then the problems continued when were got to the hotel. half of it had burnt down the day before. We were unable to change rooms and could not get in contact with anyone from Broadway Travel to help. i put a complaint in on my return to the UK which has took nearly 4 months to get a response. The customer relations advisors are rude and do not keep you updated. Then finally they have confirmed that they are not willing to compensate me in anyway. Might i add that the reviews on Trip Advisor stated that there were no fire alarms and fire exits were locked. the staff were also unhelpfull. We were put in a room directly above where the fire had started and repairs did not start until we were due to leave. The building was a death trap! So angry. Will never book thru Broadway again!!
