Good Points
I booked tickets through this company on 4/11/08 to go to and see Leonard Cohen in Glasgow on the 5/11/08. After reading the reviews on this website I nearly didn't go and I am so glad I went ahead and booked. The tickets arrived in time, were genuine and we had fantastic seats. It was my grandmothers 88th birthday and she loved it, we had front row seats in the middle and it was such a special night.

General Comments
Yes you pay more, that is how they make their money so if don't you want to pay above the ticket price then you need to be quick off the mark. We couldn't buy tickets in advance as we were not sure how my grandmother would be. So we were happy to pay a commission to this company and the service and the call centre staff were great.
