DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, I like many others on here have seen just how shoddy this company seems to be run.



I was trying to book a last minute holiday for me and my girlfriend, so we could spend a week away before I leave for Afghanistan at the beginning of Semptember. I went onto their website, booked the holiday and everything looked great, however I got a call from them today saying that the flights are no longer available and they never were, it was a fault on their systems. They also decided to try and sell me another set of flights for an added cost of around £800 (which quite honestly I just cant afford on top of the £900 already paid and at this late a stage). I was then told that they have decided to take the £900 anyway even though they cannot offer me the holiday and it would take about 6+ days for a refund on top of the time it takes for the money to actually leave my account, so I'd be looking at around 12 days (according to my bank) to get the money back. Now I suppose this would be ok if this wasn't 3 DAYS BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE LEAVING.

So now I'm stuck, I cannot pay for another holiday due to not having the funds until the refund comes, my girlfriend won't be able to change her dates at work and well by the time the refund arrives I'd be looking at maybe a week before I deploy.

Like I said at the beginning DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
