ORDERED A LAMP WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS BROKEN E MAILED LITECRAFT ABOUT THE PROBLEM HAD A REPLY IN ABOUT AN HOUR AND A NEW LAMP WITHIN 48HOURS.
