Good Points
The printer does not take up much space.

Bad Points
Changing the cartridges will cause the print function to pause and the cartridge carriers to stall.
It is almost impossible to get the scanner or copier to function. This is a joke.

General Comments
Lexmark X73 - The all-in-one sounds good in theory and in the product description. The product does not perform well and any change such as installing new cartridges can cause the printer to go into pause, the cartridge carrier will stall and knock hard as it moves. The knock will unsnap the ink cartridges from the printer.



This is an economical product and you get cheap performance. In the long run, the upkeep, the down time frustrations, and cartridge costs makes this an expensive machine to maintain and operate.



The technical support is not favorable.
