the worst piece of of equipment i've ever bought. It crashes atleast 3 times a day and can only be rebooted by pulling out the plug from the socket. It often forgets to record things or just deletes a whole series link for no reason. The latest upgrade 5.08 from December has left my box even worse now and it wont recognize the hard drive meaning I cant record, pause or view my library. Does anybody know how to format the drive completely and start from scratch?
