Ordered a Get Well Bouquet for same day delivery, pursuant to identifying information on website indicating that, if ordered online by 3:00 PM, delivery would be accomplished same day. Placed order and admittedly recognized, soon after successfully ordering, that the delivery date was wrong. It had been intended for May 3, but registered as May 26. Immediately contacted From You Flowers (FYF) by telephone, explained my predicament, recognized FYF was incapable of delivery order, on May 3, and agreed to delivery date change to May 4. Received an e-mail message indicating flowers would be delivered, on May 4. However, they were not delivered on either May 4 or May 5. On May 5, called and spoke with same representative with whom I had originally spoken, on May 3, and was advised could not explain why order had not been delivered. Representative convinced me to give them an additional day, which I did. In early morning hours of May 6, also sent an e-mail message to FYF indicating that if the flowers were not delivered by 1:30 PM, May 6, I would cancel my order. Received a confirmation of receipt return e-mail @4:30 AM and another @6:30 AM, indicating FYF was attempting to contact florist and would contact me, when accomplished. At approximately 1:45 PM, when I had not received notification. contacted FYF by telephone, spoke with a different representative, who was unable to explain non-delivery and canceled order. Payment was refunded within several hours and confirmed via e-mail. Throughout the three times I spoke with FYF, their representatives were polite and professional; however, no action to correct the difficulty was actively pursued, most likely through no adverse action on their part. While payment was refunded quickly and without difficulty, FYF appears to lack dependability, and would not recommend ordering any product through it.
