I bought a thomson freeview recorder and had it replaced because it was faulty by topuptv not by the store where I purchased it,free of charge and straight to my door.The new unit won,t store recordings,has wiped all of my library and is absolute c**p! I can,t even take it back for a refund because it is not the unit I bought from Asda.I wished I had done research before I bought it.My advise is don,t buy one!
