This was by far the worst, most harrowing experience ever!!!! I was overcharged by more than 3500 dollars Canadians. No one responded to my urgency and need for resolution. I was passed from one customer service representative to another - no one would ever connect me to their billing department or accounts department. I will never, ever book through european destinations again. They ought to be investigated!
