Good Points
the unit was reletively easy to set up and use

Bad Points
seems to have a limited life span of months so not fit for purpose

General Comments
kept needing to be disconnected from power supply. during may 09 something appears to have happened overnight most likely during the daily upload and it now no longer functions at all. tried to find contact details in manual, they are only interested in selling more services not in technical support. tried to contact top tv but only got as far as holding on the phone for a couple of minutes before they disconnected the call. i would not buy top up tv again or thomson products.
