I've tried flowering tea from a number of small tea companies in the UK. I've consistently been disappointed by the quality of the tea and service. Often these fly-by-night companies dont even have phone numbers and generally just repackage tea from wholesalers. The Exotic Teapot is a serious tea company with an excellent reputation for directly sourcing high quality teas and glass teaware. Their level of service is second to none in the industry and unlike many others, you really get what you pay for. They deliver quickly and each of my orders has arrived beautifully packaged. I originally found them on notonthehighstreet.com which I use alot to buy gifts. Their blooming tea sets in particular are both stunning and surprisingly affordable gift ideas.
