Dealt with Nicotine Cravings

It looks stupid

General Comments
I personally didn't like the Nicorette Inhalator. Apart from looking stupid it just reminded me that I wasn't smoking. At least with chewing gum you can think its just gum and forget that way, with this you are reminding yourself what you are trying to do every time you raise your arm to your mouth.
Better off trying either chewing gum or lozenges.
