Since opening a Post Office Online Saver I have suffered an avalanche of incompetence and classic 'computer says no' customer service. For about month now I have had no access to any of the money that I rely on for income and no one seems able to help. The web interface will not let me choose my nominated account from the blank pull-down menu. I have now had to delete the account and re-enter it, this in itself will take 8 days and I'm still pretty sure, by looking at the account details online, that it will not work.
A supervisor said it would be fixed on the 11th and that he would call me - guess what - no call and when I enquire I'm told he's 'not in today'.
I will close the account as soon as I can access my money - AVOID!
