Don't go near PO Online. Just opened an Online Saver account and my £100 deposit wasn't there when I received the documents. I tried making another deposit online and although it appeared to be accepted, nothing shows on the account. When I called the helpline I was told even ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS can take up to FIFTEEN DAYS to appear. Even more worrying is that the operators cannot check the account, let alone correct any errors. I have deleted the direct debit from my linked account, as I wouldn't want the same problems getting the money out.
