After my mother died last March I contacted Process C-22 for a quote and managed to speak to someone. I sent them 150 kodak slides for conversion. I waited and waited and heard nothing for 4 months so contacted them by email as the phone wasn't being answered. I did get an apologetic reply. I've tried contacting them again by phone ane email as it's approaching a year but to no avail. I'm not overly worried but I wish they'd communicate else I feel a door step visit is in orcer.
