I would have said this was a good cruise, except that 10-20% of the passengers got sick. Then, to make matters worse, our group of four was overcharged by nearly $2000. Sonesta's financial department is almost impossible to deal with, and the hours I have spent emailing them have achieved nothing. I now have to issue a letter disputing the charge to my credit card company. Do not trust Sonesta with your credit card information.
