Good Points
Fast(ish) response, but not a lot else!

Bad Points
Gross incompetence of the person sent to the breakdown.

General Comments
Roadside "assistance" provided to my wife by a mechanic (?) sent by AutoAid to change a wheel for her after a puncture on the M25. He then sent her on her way WITHOUT INFLATING THE SPACESAVER SPARE TYRE!!!

Result: further stress, danger and delay plus a quote of nearly £500 to replace the ruined spare wheel and tyre.

Still waiting AutoAid's response to this incident.
