i had put a claim in 2 weeks ago called. it stated on their website that my wildfire has been fixed by the repair center and was dispatched. called yesterday and the lady said yes your phone has been fixed and should be with you by tuesday 12/04/11. Called today and spoke with another lady she stated that my phone is still being repaired at the center 2 completely different stories. she said it should be with you by friday 15/04/11. hopefully i will get it so quick as other reciews state not the case.
