I think there should be an option to give this poorly run insurance company absolutely no stars at all. Customer Services absolute sham, they should be ashamed of themselves how poorly they conduct themselves. I can safely say this has to be one of the worst insurance companies in existence! And all these feelings generate from not even having made a claim. My advice to anyone CANCEL YOUR POLICY NOW before they suck you dry for not even an adequate level of service!!!
