My iphone 4 got stolen two weeks ago and I immediately rang my insurance - as you do! It's what I pay 12.99 a month for... well, my friend does because he bought me my phone and PremierPlan won't let me change the debit over without filling in 100 forms!

They have taken my £50.00 excess and I still haven't received my replacement handset. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

Spoke to them today... they are sold out of iphones. So what are they going to do about it? They're not sure when they're getting anymore handsets in. So I am £50.00 down with no iphone. Good one PremierPlan. And ummm... thanks for letting me know you are taking my money and not providing the goods.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bit of a coincidence it seems, the last phone insurance company I was with were sold out all the time as well. They just don't want to cough up.
