First of all, when I was buying my phone i was sold this insurance package even though I clearly told the sales representative I didnt want insurance. She then started spouting the usual drivel, unbeknown to myself, that they would give me so much towards the costs and I could cancel it then anyway so it was technically free... too good to be true? YES! Little did I know the slimey a hole who sold me this landed me with the worst insurance company ever! I'm paying £10 a month to inure a 130 phone.. and cancellation of the policy is just impossible with the only way to cancel phoning an extortionate 0845 number. NEVER EVER join this compnay or infact buy a phone from PHONES 4 U. they are rip off merchants and both terrible terrible companies!
