My daughter lost her phone 9 weeks ago and I am beong told they are still waiting for third party information and cannot settle the claim until they have received the information. They told me they have no time scales. I phone twice a week every week and have made a formal complaint. From the time of receiving the complaint they still have 8 weeks to try and sort it out by law. My daughter is deaf and her only means of communication. I have had to buy her a pay as you go phone. I would never ever use them again. Absoluetly disgusted with the service, In future I will be using the bank insurance
