DO NOT GO WITH PREMIER PLAN/POLICY ADMIN INSURANCE!!!!! I lost my blackbery paid the £50 access fee and recieved a new phone 2 weeks later. 8 months later my phone was stolen, I reported it and sent of all the police reports etc as they had requested. I did not hear from them for 3 weeks and tried calling them daily. Finally after almost 4 weeks i recieved a letter saying that they are unable to cover me and have therefore cancelled my insuance! I am so angry with them. i have tried to call them for an explanation and theys aid it was because it was a second claim in a year. Is this not the WHOLE POINT of having insurance?? You can pay the access and get a replacement phone as many times as neccessary if the reason for claiming corresponds to their terms and conditions???
