This cleaner is totally amazing - powerful, quiet and great to use. I wish I'd gotten this cleaner years ago rather than messing about with Dysons which are over-hyped. I bought my Hetty cos my builder has a Henry - and takes it on his jobs to clean up dust etc. when working in customers houses (rather than destroy theirs) - and he has had the same one for 6 years and it is still going strong. I love my Hetty......
