Amazing range of stock

Disappointed with customer service and inflexibility.

General Comments
Staff selling dresses at Emma Roy are very friendly but I feel after sales treatment is awful. I found it virtually impossible to get dress fitting appointments that were suitable for me so i had to take dresses elsewhere. Can't believe they only do fittings Monday - Friday. Even though I had spent a lot of money in the shop (3 bridesmaids dresses and my gown) I feel the customer service was disappointing.
