Urgent order never arrived
They still have our money!

General Comments
We have used this company once and all I can say is avoid them like the plague. We needed an item urgently so we phoned beforehand to check it was in stock and paid for next-day delivery. Needless to say it never arrived. We have asked for our money back and still not received it. They phoned us 4 or 5 weeks after we placed the original order to say we had declined the delivery - no, it just never turned up, even though we were sat here like turnips waiting for it. This is an extremely dodgy company, I'd be interested to know if anyone has ever got anything from them!
