Good Points
Access all the time with no distractions from additional parties. Able to ask relevant questions when they occur to you. Minimum disruption to the working day and friendly atmosphere

General Comments
As a sole trader I took on an apprentice and never considered that the tax,national insurance, statutory sick pay etc. would be a problem. When this proved to be the case my wife found out about this scheme where an advisor comes to your home and takes you through the various processes to ensure that you fill out all of the records correctly and submit the proper end of year documents. The advisor Tricia Ruxton was polite courteous and very helpful and in less than two hours what had appeared to an enormous problem was understandable and much easier to deal with. We stay with this advisor for three years and can access her at any time for help with whatever problems may arise. If any small business has any problems to do with tax or any related issues this service is a must and it's FREE.
